Given the frequency of this sort of thing being posted, seems to me that NZPost's YouShop could *at the very least* provide a selection of such documents for different classes of goods being posted. Surely this sort of good makes up a substantial proportion of what their service ships. At this stage, I consider their service so unhelpful I'm considering never using it again (assuming I can get it to work this first time!) out of spite.
