1) Kill external APIs.
2) Keep own Bitcoin node + LN node + Nostr relays.
3) Verify UTXO/mempool locally, then build/sign a tx.
4) Restore from backups on a clean machine.
If any step fails, it’s SaaS in a trench coat.
