#introduction Heyyy! I'm Virginia and I live and work at a long-term meditation retreat center in the Tibetan Buddhist tradition called Miyo Samten Ling Hermitage (or the Center for Contemplative Research).
I'm very interested in #meditation and #Buddhism, and how they can help cultivate a balanced and healthy mind, something that is badly needed in these degenerate times.
