My guess is that the Cloudflare cache must have been dumped again when the server went offline, and so now the server is under a lot of strain (generating fresh HTML for each request) even more than 30 hours after the original incident. Things are functioning, but still really slow & with lots of errors. I just deleted a batch of duplicate replies to you Stéphanie: it looked like the post had timed out on my end, but I guess it went through without confirming back.
