Good to e-meet you. Thank you for joining in! I'm saying so many things in that statement--and none of them clearly enough.
I keep telling myself, "Go ahead and write freely--you are just making a small comment in an informal setting... there is no wrong way to do it... it's OK if it's complex or confusing, because it needs to be short enough to fit into a comment," when in reality, the thoughts or arguments I try to share REQUIRE more formal a structure and more time than a small comment can afford them. If I do not work to make this argument clear and accessible, it will not matter if it could be helpful, because it won't be. I'll do better to put thoughts into formats and words that make them clear so I can enjoy the connection I seek by sharing them.
