Our local shopping centre got a little bit over 100 car spots covered by solar back in 2020.
Great to keep the car cool on Sunny days, but also makes visiting on rainy days so much better. No more trying to get the groceries in the boot holding a umbrella.Also came with a better pedestrian layout, which improved safety in carpark.
The company that owns the shopping centre and about 170 others has been rolling them out to their other properties to reduce tenant costs.
