Oh mate i can relate. Has such phases multiple times in the past couple of years. One day some kind of buddhist told me to look at my troubles in a different way: you wake up, things happen, you go to sleep. That’s it. Every day. Your whole life. Sometimes good things happen, sometimes bad things happen. But this simple insight changed something in me. If you step out of your own little world with your own little problems, you realize that’s exactly what’s going on and what always will be going on. People wake up, things happen, people go to sleep. Regardless of how derp your sorrow is, the world keeps turning. You can indulge yourself into the grief or you can be thankful that you are now here. That you are able experiencing another day of things happening. Regardless if good or bad. One day you and all your beloved ones will be no more. Don’t let your mind steel you the precious time you have guaranteed here on earth by troubling over times and things thst are not guaranteed. You are here. That is enough. Wake up. Breathe in. Watch things happen. Be part of it. Go to sleep.
