In JM, makers don't know anything else about the taker other than what an external onchain observer sees, and their own input-output mapping (of course). The taker is the coordinator and signs last. Each maker sees the whole unsigned transaction and signs their inputs. JM has other "flaws" though.

In Wasabi and Samourai you are trusting the coordinator not to attack you. But it could. See: tagging attacks.

I think we would all be better off if Bitcoin privacy wasn't about "cults".
