#WordWeavers 5/31: If everyone doing WordWeavers met for a party, what favorite food would you bring and why?
It's been brought to my attention that an alarming number of you have never tried mofongo.
Can be served veggie or with pork, beef, or shrimp. The mofongo itself can be made from plantain, yucca, pana or all three (trifongo)
