I know everyone's shocked, but it's intentionally difficult to vote absentee in Indiana. You must prove residency here, and I would think that would be enough to scare away must students.

You also must swear to an accepted reason for voting absentee.

That being said, they would still have a couple of weeks to do this.

However it might be simpler to vote at the City Hall location a couple blocks from campus. So get it the word to #Purdue students.
