Someone may have already suggested but; something that really helped when I had abscess under some of my teeth was to swish warm saltwater around my mouth getting it in every nook & cranny after I'd finished brushing my teeth as the last thing at night before bed, after a few days it helped to take the infection down.. Hope it helps, tooth pain is the WORST! :(
