So I get taxed 25% on my unrealized gains then come tax season I have to sell the asset to pay the 25% but now I’m hit with a 44.6% tax? That’s a 69.6% tax on my assets (not even taking into account that the asset could be significantly lower by time it’s sold) then add in Income tax, state tax, federal tax, AND your inflation (over 50% since 2019) we are getting taxed over 100% this is no longer capitalism this is SLAVERY
