Yea I usually have a plan, but now I just follow a structure with extra focus on speed because I am in between challenges. I plan my training weeks and then go a little bit on feel on what I need to do. I just did 21k+ everyday in February which I haven’t done before so I had to see what works etc…
That said I will soon jump on a SWAP 100-miler plan by David Roche 🔥
