Google updates _their_ ToS to say that they have a right to whatever i post online.
Does that mean that my ToS which may forbid Google from reading my stuff is irrelevant?
Is it a matter of who has the more legal resources? Are we at a stage where we need legal coverage from a some other huge company at a size similar to Google to sue them and protect everyone's rights?
Can someone please explain how this is not mafia tactics? What is the legal reasoning that allows Google to do this?
