Made some pork evening snack.
Just fried it in beef talow with some black pepper and salt. About 3-4 minutes. First a light fry on one side, flipped it and then put a lid on. I was surprised about how juicy and good it was.
First time I was able to just pan fry pork this good. This frying pork in beef talow is brilliant and simple. Thanks for the tip.
Will make this more often and för main course.
