1) Declare the crisis phase of COVID over & push for feeling & acting more normal.
2) Recognize that people are "worn out" & feeling real harm from the years-
long restrictions & *take their side*
3) Acknowledge COVID still exists & likely will for a long time
4) Don't set "COVID zero" as the victory condition
5) Stop talking about restrictions & the unknown future ahead
