If you want to maintain networks, perhaps swap signal names, and or phone numbers, and or addresses. In case the handle someone uses becomes unsafe to use, or your server gets shut down and you need to re-find people.

Especially if you're organising. Yes, having a list of all your contacts is a danger. But losing said list because it was only in one online source can kill your plans too.
