However if he is over 25 it would be heavily frowned upon. I think he was mid 30s or 40s police would probably investigate him. I mean it's actually not really certain police would investigate him, with her being 17, 16 is age of consent here, and even being 28-27 police would probably look through his communications to see if there's any manipulation or coercion. 17 is that age where maybe police in Europe at least would think she is so close to 18.
