Have 1+ month of meds and foods for all in household, and my field medic kit would rival most EMTs. We’ll be comfy for a month. House is dry/intact, land is surrounded by wetland flooding. Driveway flooded 2m from house but if we had to, we could make it to the road with one of the cars. We’ve checked on neighbours closer to the road and delivered them some hot meals by walking in waders.
Water has receded that there is enough grassy patches for the dogs to have their potty yard back. (2/n)
