If I remove my AirPods and put them back in the case then there is, I estimate, about a 1-5% chance the audio will continue (possibly loudly, sometimes embarrassingly so) from the iPhone itself a few seconds later. This bug has sat unfixed for about 10 years now. Sometimes I wonder what do they actually do at 1 Infinite Loop.
