It was a good time. We had 5 players and did 4 rounds of questions building out our somewhat dysfunctional pirate crew. When it came down to the final question of who would defend the ship, everyone did so, having realized we'd somehow all built a home together. I was playing an old pirate more interested in loafing about than leading, who only had the title captain by default, but by the end, he was issuing orders and getting everyone to use their skills best.
