I think they’ll end up rebuilding the N sets still on the Swanners, that’s the only “cheap” way of doing it that saves face. There’s way too many unprotected PCRs north of Raywood to justify that expense. Ideally they’d buy a new push-pull carriage setup or something but well, that’s 💸
