I’ve noticed this too occasionally with my NIP-05 which I self host. Sometimes the cross-site headers are not caching right or whatever depending upon how it’s being fetched. I usually can resolve it by editing profile and save to re-initiate the verify step from the browser. 🤷‍♂️
