If you mean liability for the corporations running the models that generate the stuff, section 230 is irrelevant and always has been - 230 only protects online publishers for things posted by their users without editorial oversight by the publisher.
The user themselves, or whoever worked with them to create an infringing work, have always been liable for posting it.
