Lovely day today selling in Thornton Park walled gardens. When I first started selling the jam in 2018 it was at Christmas fairs and my average takings were £50. My table is now three times larger, fuller and I'm doing events all throughout the year - this afternoon I just sold £60 worth of piccalilli alone 🤩 very pleased
