Having said that, I've recently submitted files for various requests, and twice in less than a fortnight I've had a “we looked at your application but didn't know if...”, and literally, that was the first paragraph of my application. If people had bothered to open the applications, the question would never have arisen.. I really wonder whether it's necessary to spend time writing applications, for any kind of request. I mean, seriously.
