But it doesnt load on either my home network nor while I'm here at starbucks. So I suspect some DNS resolver filtering, and so I disconnected my phone from wifi (and use google's dns resolver) and sure enough your site loads!

My guess is that your site is on a blacklist for cloudflare safe dns:
