If the cognitive effects of LLM use turn out to be real, and recovery requires treatment, I could see this entire push to shove LLMs down employees' throats becoming a serious legal liability around workplace injury.
And from anecdotal reports in the tech industry from anti-LLM people I know really well, the cognitive effects are worse than the studies indicate.
Let's put it this way: for the same reason I'd do just about anything to avoid COVID, I'd also do just about anything to avoid LLMs.
