Why do we need to be in any of this?
They've been fighting this fight for thousands of years and 50 years of us being allies hasn't changed a thing. I don't think any more years are going to do much more.
I don't support Hamas. And as we saw with 9/11 if something targets us we'll retaliate whether other countries think we are just it not. So I don't think Israel by their own mind is wrong in that sense, but why do I have to support your flight when I think you're doing fucked up shit that probably triggered it in the first place, let alone what You're doing in retaliation is by far in order of magnitude force beyond what was done to you in the first place?
How can you surgically strike 1 general in a car in some city countries away, but when it's your own people you have to bomb building where theres "no way not to have collateral damage"?
Again I'm not saying they're wrong to them. To me yes. That's why I disagree. I'm not going to stop you. That's your war your business. But I'm not going to send you a dime until it's done.
