If I recall correctly, it was letter written by the head of the intelligence service in Germany (pre nazi) to I think someone in the UK where he says that it was a prominent Zionist who had saved the Nazi party from bankruptcy and was its single largest donor.
It might be bullshit, but if you read or listen to many of Hitler's speeches they seem to fall into the venn diagram overlap of things that antisemites say and things zionists also say (ie rootless cosmopolitans).
