Of course it is important to understand the problem, but just because popular economists have been promoted/selected for NOT talking about MMT, so they can better hide how the system works, doesnt mean there arent tons of people who understand how the monetary system works for a long time already.
But one thing should be clear - the way money works has NOTHING to do with markets.
