The credit card tap on/off support by the NSW Transport's system is extremely unreliable. I got charged on a Saturday when I was home all day. I got on to their website to check and their system says my card does not exist. There is not way to report the problem or talk to anyone about the payment issue. It is beyond outrageous! 😡
I have to switched back to #Opal card.
