Good morning and pura vida, Nostr! Thoughts on the current state of AI.
The last major shift hit in November 2025 when Claude Opus 4.5 dropped. The leap in capabilities and accuracy was incredible and the ripple effect was real: people who'd been skeptical, even dismissive of AI, started actually using it. You know who you are 🥹
Now with Claude Fable 5, I believe we're at that same inflection point again. This next class of models isn't just iterative as we've seen over the last 8 months. I feel that it's a qualitative jump. The kind that changes how people think about what's possible.
These shifts don't come often. But when they do, they reshape everything, who uses the technology, how they use it, and what they build with it. We're about to see that happen again.
It's a bit hard for me to fathom.
