You can still technically open a channel accidental as part of getting baited by some malicious party out there. Although the net-wide minchansize that is in an established state is 1100sat, it's still possible for baiters to set their own chansize small too. In order to do this type of probing consistently and at large scale, I would start a new lnd instance that isn't exposing its rpc port at all and tries to open private channels (this works for clearnet nodes too afaik). Leave some trace amount of btc dust in the on-chain wallet and let it rip against all the 1ML scraped IPs xD.
