Si tu veux mon opinion plus policée et que tu peux considérer comme officielle de la part de la société coopérative B2Bitcoin, organisatrice de Le Paradigme Bitcoin et le Festival p2p du Jura :
- La réponse du conseil d'Etat est rassurante et renouvelle la confiance qu'elle accorde à l'écosystème crypto local. Nous continuerons à le faire grandir dans le respect des valeurs de notre canton.
- Nous serons très heureux d'accueillir la population neuchâteloise à Paradigme Bitcoin et au Festival p2p du Jura. Nous sommes heureux et fiers de participer à l'éducation et au développement du canton et de sa population.
- A ces occasions ou à d'autres, nous sommes à disposition pour expliquer le lien entre Bitcoin et la transition énergétique. Nous sommes ouvert au débat et nous n'avons pas peur d'affirmer que Bitcoin est une solution contre-intuitive pour lutter contre le réchauffement climatique.
- B2Bitcoin souhaite également rappeler que la révolution n'est pas "la blockchain" qu'il s'agit d'un mot marketing plutôt vide. La révolution technique initiée par Satoshi Nakmamoto est la construction d'infrastructures d'échanges publiques, basée sur des protocoles libres. La blockchain en est un des rouages, au même titre que les jetons/cryptomonnaies, la preuve de travail et d'autres techniques cryptographiques. L'un ne va pas sans les autres, tout comme l'horlogerie ne se limite pas à son cadran, mais comprend aussi les mouvements, la boite, l'assemblage, etc. Nous préférerions parler d'écosystème crypto, qui se réfère à la discipline mathématique de la cryptographie. Cette appellation nous semble mieux correspondre à la réalité des activités de notre écosystème.
- Nous serions heureux de participer à la réflexion et la construction d'un projet politique et économique clair et ambitieux. Nous pensons qu'une vision plus précise pourrait être profitable à notre écosystème et au canton.
In response to the position taken by the Council of State of Neuchâtel regarding an interpellation from the Grand Council, B2Bitcoin would like to raise a few points:

- The response from the Council of State is reassuring and reaffirms the trust it places in the local crypto ecosystem. We will continue to nurture its growth while respecting the values of our canton.
- We will be delighted to welcome the people of Neuchâtel to Paradigme Bitcoin and the p2p Festival of Jura. We are happy and proud to contribute to the education and development of the canton and its population.
- On these occasions or others, we are available to explain the connection between Bitcoin and the energy transition. We are open to debate and unafraid to assert that Bitcoin is a counterintuitive solution to fight climate change.
- B2Bitcoin also wishes to emphasize that the revolution is not "the blockchain"; it is a rather empty marketing term. The technical revolution initiated by Satoshi Nakamoto is the construction of public exchange infrastructures based on open protocols. The blockchain is one of the components, just like tokens/cryptocurrencies, proof of work, and other cryptographic techniques. They are interconnected, similar to how watchmaking is not limited to its dial but also includes the movements, case, assembly, etc. We would prefer to talk about the crypto ecosystem, which refers to the mathematical discipline of cryptography. This term seems to better correspond to the reality of our ecosystem's activities.
