Oh, also (!) I finally bought genmaicha and hojicha from a local dealer! I like the genmaicha so much, although I feel there might be better ones, cuz the smell from this is almost like burnt rice rather than toasted. Or maybe this is the way it is. Tried the hojicha with iced soy milk, nice combination. I wanna try it hot too. Will send you pictures.
