Bob has come to the library before. He wants to get Malwarebytes to stop nagging him that his subscription has expired. He does not have a subscription but I guess he was on a free trial of some of the premium features that has ended and sending him menacing notifications. We go into the Windows notification center and I ask him a few questions, he doesn't want ANY notifications from software and it's very satisfying to turn them all off.
