What was the purpose of today's drill? What is was not is notification to take shelter, at the local fallout shelter. I bet their is no one who know where and has access to a government shelter. So what was the purpose? They don't plan on you and I, the little people surviving a nuclear attack, don't worry, our leaders will be safe. Russia can shelter more than 80% of their population.
