We should all know boys are boys and girls are girls. Boys are naturally ordered to engender; girls are naturally ordered to conceive. That truth is not too high for the undarkened intellect to grasp.
Any other "configuration" does not correspond to reality. So, seriously identifying as something other than what a person is, is a serious mental disorder.
Such people should be loved -- and thus taught how to accept the truth about themselves as God made them. We should not encourage or go along with their delusion (lies never help anyone), and we certainly should not celebrate it with "pride." That would be unreasonable, uncharitable.
It's why we don't celebrate or validate anorexics in their mistaken identity as being too fat. Instead, we help them see the truth about themselves, about objective reality. We would never celebrate their disorder with a month of "anorexia pride."
