#Capitalism only works well for private goods. There are systems that can do that while respecting human rights. A worker co-op market economy could serve that purpose. Where it fails to function almost completely is public goods, and externalities. To fix that, we need non-market mechanisms in the middle of the spectrum between markets and #democracy because collective action problems become more difficult with the number of people that benefit from a good.
