I am sorry, but you are such a moron for even doing this video.

This is by far the most obnoxious and click bait video I’ve seen you do so far. To be honest it’s a complete joke on several level.

First of all, it’s not because you eat bad for a few weeks that your system is off balance. Secondly, you are hilarious, 2 weeks of diet and you managed to halve your TSH level. This is merely impossible.

Medication, Stress or certain supplements can alter TSH readings and give an elevated result. Any decent doctor will ask for a follow up with another blood test. You could also have been sick in Japan also screwing the blood test results.

Hypothyroidism is a real condition that needs to be treated and taken seriously. It is due to your body basically destroying your Thyroid so you need to take Thyroid Hormone replacement in order to balance the rest of your hormones in your body.

Unfortunately, it has nothing to do with blue light or eating good food (not sure if I should cry or laugh at this point) but usually a result of an underlying autoimmune condition and they are most of the time genetics.

Closer to home, my wife was diagnosed with hypothyroidism a decade ago and needs to take the hormone replacement with blood test twice a year to regulate the dosage. To get a clear TSH results, she cannot be sick before her blood test or the results are screwed.

We finally got the diagnostic of Hashimoto Desease last year which confirms her Hypothyroidism and that it is not related to her food since we eat very well.

She’s in better shape than you actually.

So next time please don’t spread misinformation. This is a condition that exists and needs to be treated and not a conspiracy.
