usually have wednesday as a fast day. a system clean. got so engrossed in something i was doing i found myself prepping a cheese salad bagel. the dressing, 'coronation' style, but no mayo, thick yogurt laced with a quantity of curry powder and cayenne. i realised my mistake. the fast! fuk it! so am doing it today, thursday...
