When he "deleted" his original twitter account he didn't even delete it.
He just changed the handle for the account and stopped using it, deleted his old posts, kept the followers.
Then when he "went back" to twitter he pretended like he had brought all those people from nostr back to Twitter and organically grown the Twitter following in a matter of days but the whole thing was some stupid trick to make himself look popular.
It's actually pathetic how low these grifters will go.
