This is interesting because the goals for keychat from inception is radically different from Fedimint but as a result of the #nostr ecosystem, makes it possible to pull of some if not most of what fedimint offers without even trying (as long as the specific features exists as a single nostr client)
I guess keychat could be described in a way as gateway to the nostr ecosystem (figuratively for now but who knows😅)
