You need to fix the BTC fee Problem.

Introduce LTC, BCH (whatever) for people to flock to bisq. It's already more difficult to install an extra program. But fees are a total turn-off. You are damaging your business everyday. As much as I love bisq, as much I hope for Haveno and Serai to solve the onboarding problem to DEX.
