God, every hobby class I've taken as adults has been SO expensive. How are people supposed to have fun if the entry level skill of any craft costs this much?! I tried woodworking class last year, and I literally got discouraged because the instructor was also renting his workshop and made it sound like I needed all this equipment to get started. The grift economy has taken away the joy of doing stuff with your hands. Simple bakery courses and nature walks have started to cost 2k per session.
