Most strategy documents are too long, too vague, and forgotten by Q2.

Here is the format we use at Stormberry with clients:

- Where are we now? Honest assessment; strengths, real weaknesses.
- Where do we want to be? Specific, time-bound.
- How will we get there? 3 strategic moves, not 12.
- What will we NOT do? This is the hardest and most important line.
- How will we know we're winning? 2-3 measurable signals.

One page. Shared with everyone. Revisited quarterly.

Strategy is not a document. It's a decision filter.
