Obviously the drum and and distortion sounds are added. But, even harmonica noise doesn't always match with the hand motions.
I suspect there is a third thing, concerning the wheel speed being way too fast, but I don't have enough experience with this sort of thing to intuit how that would change the sound.
(maybe this is too autistic of a perspective, and you both understood that this was just supposed to be a "cool looking video" or something xD)
