This guy is the fucking governor. He has a giant podium and enormous political economic clout. And he chooses a photo op to attack the most defenseless and vulnerable instead of doing a damn thing to correct the problem. When he was mayor of San Francisco, his homeless policies were equally bad.
And he's obviously not even ashamed of it.
