Everyone (and their mom) should read "The Gold Standard".
It provides a fascinating historical record that exposes the modern banking scam. One cannot help but feel devastated by the waste of the human productivity, potential, and ultimately - a waste of countless human lives. All orchestrated by a relatively small group of people (if we can call them that). Profit and power over everything. War is lucrative, humans are disposable.
I was LIVID while reading the history part!
Even though I didn't need any convincing even before this, there is now no doubt in my mind that they would do anything imaginable and unimaginable to us. The next time someone says - " There's no way they would go that far", I will only laugh (or cry?). People seriously need to study history.

If "The Bitcoin Standard" was transformative, "The Gold Standard" is eye opening.
